About the position

In the role of project manager, you will work closely with the entire project organization, both with your own team and the customer’s. It is essential to build trust with the customer from the start, which is achieved through good progress, proper organization, and clear communication.

The project manager has overall responsibility for the project regarding progress, follow-up, and results. Additionally, the project manager receives support with planning and follow-up from what we call stream leaders and solution architects within the project.

It is important to be listening and coaching, whether it concerns resource shortages, new sub-projects, changes in scope, or timelines. Challenges need to be managed on time, within budget, and with quality.” - Johan states.

In this role, you will initially focus on implementation projects but will continue to work long-term with customers and drive change projects and continuous improvement efforts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Currently works in a project management role within ERP and is accustomed to working with a delivery commitment to customers, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Has a coaching leadership style and excels in uplifting others' performances.
• Is structured and has a clear process-oriented mindset with a strong interest in business, business processes, and workflows.
• Is excellent in communication and easily builds trust and adapts to the audience. As you will be working both internationally and nationally, it is essential that you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.

We have an agile project methodology that you will both work according to and develop together with your project manager colleagues. Of course, it is also an advantage if you have a background in Dynamics 365 F&SCM or F&O and AX as it was called in previous versions, but you can also come from other ERP systems (for example, NAV/Business Central, Jeeves, M3, Visma, IFS, SAP).

The practical details

Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period to consider.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are of course flexible and aim for it to work for all parties.

Location: At one of our central offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Halmstad, Jönköping, Växjö, or Helsingborg. Travel is a natural part of the role.
